Stefan joined the group on September as a postdoctoral researcher focusing on various aspects of symmetries beyond the lorentzian world.
After three years at the University of Edinburgh, Stefan will be working as a postdoc at the University of Vienna's Mathematical Physics group for six years.
Stefan's works deal with Carroll symmetries and their relation to flat space holography and fractons, extensions of the infrared triangle, and classifications of geometries and particles beyond Lorentz. You can learn more about him on his website.
